- The next gathering of the Capital Region Executive Director Peer Group will be held Friday, November 7th, from 8:30 to 10:00am at the NYCON Office in Menands. We will not have a dedicated speaker but instead will have a peer group discussion on Human Resource & Absence of Leave issues. We will also share some results from an older survey (2012) done by the Nonprofit Times as well as share info on their upcoming Salary & Benefits Survey, how you can participate and get a free Executive Summary of the New York data. PLEASE RSVP HERE.
- On a related topic, NYCON will finally be launching a Job Board – Free for Members Only. This will go live in November, prior to Membership Renewal for 2015. We’ll make sure to share the info with this group first as I know many of you were looking for a free resource to post & share your openings!
